Quality Control

Chinee Garment Co., Ltd maintains a structured quality control process designed to support consistent workmanship, accurate specifications, and reliable order execution. Our inspection procedures cover apparel categories ranging from shirts, blouses, dresses, suits, and knitwear to jeans, active sets, outerwear, sleepwear, and fashion accessories.

Each order is evaluated according to its approved specifications, materials, construction requirements, size chart, color standards, labeling instructions, and packaging details. Inspection criteria may be adjusted to reflect the product type, fabric characteristics, order requirements, and customer-approved samples.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Quality control begins before cutting and sewing. Fabrics, trims, and other components are reviewed against the relevant order information to help identify material issues at an early stage. Inspection methods are selected according to the characteristics and intended use of each material.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Production quality is monitored at key stages, including cutting, sewing, assembly, finishing, and pressing. In-process checks allow the production team to identify workmanship or measurement concerns before the order reaches final inspection.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Finished garments are inspected for overall appearance, workmanship, measurements, functionality, and conformity with the approved order details. Inspection scope and sampling arrangements are determined by internal inspection standards, customer requirements, and the characteristics of the product.

Different garment categories require different inspection priorities. Denim products may require close review of washing effects, shade variation, and hardware, while knit tops, sweaters, and cardigans require attention to shape, linking, yarn-related appearance, and measurement stability. Dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, and rompers are also checked for drape, lining, closure placement, and overall balance.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Before shipment, the packed order is reviewed to help confirm that the products, quantities, assortments, and shipping marks correspond with the approved packing instructions. Packaging materials and methods are selected according to the product and buyer requirements.

5. Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement

When a quality issue is identified, Chinee Garment Co., Ltd records the concern, separates affected items when necessary, and communicates the findings to the relevant production team. The cause is reviewed so that suitable corrective action can be taken before the next production stage or shipment decision.

Customer comments, inspection findings, sample evaluations, and production observations are used to refine working methods and inspection focus. This feedback-based approach helps our teams improve material handling, construction consistency, measurement control, finishing, and packaging across future orders. Quality requirements are discussed with buyers during product development and order preparation so that expectations can be translated into clear, practical inspection criteria.
