High-quality products tailored for wholesalers and distributors worldwide.
Chinee Garment Co., Ltd works with international buyers on the sourcing, customization, and production of apparel and fashion accessories. Our product scope includes dresses, shirts, blouses, knitwear, jackets, coats, trousers, jeans, activewear, sleepwear, swimwear, underwear, hats, scarves, and related garments. The following guide explains our standard ordering process. Specific commercial terms are confirmed according to the product requirements, order quantity, destination, and agreed order documents.
To request a quotation, please provide as much information as possible about the products you need. You may refer to an existing style, submit a technical pack, or send reference images and written specifications.
If some specifications are not yet available, our team can discuss the missing information with you before preparing a quotation.
Products may be customized according to the buyer’s design, materials, measurements, colors, branding, labeling, and packaging requirements. The feasibility of each request is reviewed based on the garment construction and available materials.
Quotations are prepared according to the confirmed specifications, expected quantity, material selection, workmanship, packaging, testing or inspection requirements, and delivery terms. Prices may need to be updated if the design, quantity, material cost, exchange conditions, or shipping requirements change.
Sample development may be arranged when required. Sample type, sample cost, courier charges, revision arrangements, and estimated completion time are confirmed before sample work begins. Bulk production will follow the approved sample or other agreed reference standard.
Before an order is accepted for production, both parties should confirm the main commercial and technical details in writing. These details may be recorded in a quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, specification sheet, approved sample, or other mutually accepted document.
Customers are responsible for checking all order information before approval. Any change requested after confirmation may affect the price, material availability, production schedule, or delivery arrangement and will be reviewed separately.
Payment terms are agreed according to the order value, product type, customization level, production requirements, and transaction history. The applicable payment method, payment stages, currency, bank information, and due dates will be stated in the relevant quotation or pro forma invoice.
Production scheduling, material purchasing, and shipment release may be subject to receipt of the agreed payment and required approvals. Bank charges and other transaction costs are handled according to the confirmed commercial terms. Customers should verify beneficiary information directly with Chinee Garment Co., Ltd before making payment, especially if any bank details appear to have changed.
Production begins after the necessary order information, samples or artwork, and payment arrangements have been confirmed. The production schedule depends on product complexity, material availability, order quantity, approval timing, and other order-specific requirements.
During production, we may communicate with the customer regarding material confirmation, color approval, measurements, printing or embroidery, packing details, and other technical points. When relevant, production samples or photographs may be provided for review. Customer approvals should be returned promptly to avoid unnecessary schedule changes.
Quality checks are carried out according to the approved product specifications and agreed inspection requirements. Checks may cover materials, workmanship, measurements, color, labeling, quantity, packaging, and general appearance. If the buyer requires third-party inspection, laboratory testing, or a specific quality standard, this should be stated before order confirmation so that the related procedure, timing, and cost can be assessed.
Garments are packed according to the confirmed order instructions. Standard or customized packing may include individual bags, size and color labels, hangtags, barcodes, inner cartons, export cartons, and shipping marks. Special packaging requirements must be communicated before production planning.
Shipment may be arranged by courier, air freight, sea freight, rail, or another suitable method, depending on the order volume, destination, budget, and delivery requirements. The shipping terms, freight responsibility, destination charges, customs procedures, and required transport documents are subject to the agreed trade terms.
Estimated shipment timing is based on the confirmed order details and current production and logistics conditions. Delivery schedules may be adjusted if approvals are delayed, specifications are changed, materials become unavailable, or transportation conditions are affected. Tracking information or shipping documents will be provided when applicable.
Customers should inspect the shipment promptly after delivery and compare the received products, quantities, cartons, and packaging with the order documents. If there is visible transport damage, a shortage, or a product concern, please keep the original packaging and provide clear photographs, videos, carton labels, style numbers, quantities, and a detailed description of the issue.
Chinee Garment Co., Ltd will review reported concerns against the approved specifications, inspection information, and shipping records. Any proposed resolution will depend on the nature of the issue, supporting evidence, order terms, and the responsibilities agreed by both parties. Products that have been altered, washed, worn, relabeled, resold, or handled improperly may be difficult to assess.
For repeat orders, customers should reconfirm specifications, colors, materials, prices, quantities, and delivery requirements. Material batches and production conditions may vary, so previous orders should not be treated as automatic confirmation of a new order.
Customers who provide logos, prints, patterns, labels, packaging designs, or other proprietary materials are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to use them. Chinee Garment Co., Ltd uses buyer-supplied files for the relevant order based on the customer’s instructions. Any confidentiality or special handling requirements should be discussed and confirmed in writing before files or samples are submitted.
Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted in writing. Acceptance depends on the production stage, materials already purchased, completed work, supplier commitments, and other costs incurred. Any resulting price adjustment, additional charge, or schedule change will be communicated for confirmation.
Events beyond reasonable control, including transportation disruption, material shortages, regulatory changes, severe weather, public emergencies, or other unexpected circumstances, may affect production or delivery. In such cases, both parties should communicate promptly and work toward a practical arrangement based on the status of the order.
When contacting us, please include your company name, contact details, product name or style number, estimated quantity, target market, technical requirements, and destination. For an existing order, please also provide the purchase order or pro forma invoice number.
