We review your target styles, customer profile, size range, fabrics, colors, trims, decoration, quantity, delivery schedule, and packaging requirements.

Proposal & Quotation Confirmation

We recommend suitable fabrics, garment constructions, size specifications, decoration methods, and packing options, followed by a clear OEM/ODM quotation.

Sample Development & Approval

Samples are developed for fit, measurements, workmanship, color, embroidery or print placement, labels, trims, and packaging approval before bulk production.

Contract Signing & Order Placement

Once the sample is approved, we sign the formal contract and begin production upon receiving the deposit.

Mass Production & Quality Control

Bulk production follows the approved sample and specification sheet, with inspections covering fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing, measurements, and packing.

Packaging & Shipment Arrangement

Products are packaged as per client specifications, and shipping arrangements are made along with preparation of export documentation.
